All-Inclusive Virtual Assistant Services
You can keep your team small while still doing big things.
Sly helps you do just that as your “right hand” assistant.
Many small business owners want to keep the operation of their business compact while having a big impact. Is that possible? Of course it is!
It is entirely possible to have a successful business while having a small team. In fact, most of the business owners I work with opt to have a team of two: just me, their assistant, and them, the mastermind behind it all.

Is there a task, project, or area of support not listed on this page?
It's hard to list every single aspect of running a business. There's a lot! Rest assured, if you're looking for a service not listed here, there's a good chance Sly and still help you with it.
Do you need more support than a single assistant can provide?
Often, having one assistant is enough for business owners to “do it all”.
However, sometimes we encounter a project where the most strategic choice is to bring in another contractor, so we can have the best possible result with the help of an expert. For example, when a client wants to run ads, we contract with an ads expert. Or, for podcasts, we work with an outside podcast editor.
If we ever need to temporarily or permanently add a member to our team, I can help manage communication and projects with the other team members. You don’t need to manage multiple people alone - I’ve got your back!
A business-savvy neurodivergent assistant for only $60 USD per hour
An hourly rate is perfect for those who need a flexible scope of work. Project and package-based pricing is available upon request.
Sly’s straightforward hourly pricing allows you to add new tasks and projects to your scope of work without the hassle of renegotiating the price of virtual assistant support.
Package-based pricing is great for business owners who prefer a predictable monthly price for virtual assistant support. Similarly, project-based pricing is preferred for entrepreneurs with a set budget for one-time projects.
How does invoicing and payment work?
Invoices are issued as prepaid blocks of time, starting at 10 hours per invoice.
Payments are made via Stripe. Applicable taxes are already included in the hourly rate.
Do support hours expire?
Hours expire after 3 months after payment if they are not used. Exceptions can be made when communicated before the 3 months have passed.
The Process
When you’re ready to work with Sly, here’s what happens next.
-
Submit an inquiry with details of the support you need.
-
We talk about the areas where you need support and how we can work together, either via a video call or email.
This is your chance to ask any questions you may have, too. We also discuss how many hours of support you will need. If you aren't sure, we will start on the low end and increase your support hours based on the amount of work.
At this point, I will also come up with a rough plan of action if we were to begin working together, like what tasks we begin with and a recurring check-in meeting time (if requested).
-
If we agree to work together, this is the time we will sign an agreement.
The agreement includes details of the services I will provide along with typical my business processes and expectations around invoices, payment, communication, et cetera. Standard stuff.
At this point in the process, I will also issue an invoice for our first block of support hours, to be paid prior to starting work together.
-
To onboard, we will set up our task management method. You will share any relevant task and project details needed for me to properly support you.
At this point, you will also add me as a team member to relevant platforms, delegate email access, or share passwords to relevant accounts, if needed.
-
This is when we officially begin work on the tasks we agreed on in the "Discuss" phase.
In the first 30 days, I will focus on a limited scope of work. This allows us to get a feel for each other's work styles without us both becoming overwhelmed by delegating "all the things".
At the 30 day mark, or whenever the first block of hours have been used up, we check in with each other via email to decide whether our arrangement is working out. We also talk about any changes we'd like to make going forward.
If we agree our arrangement is working out, this is when we will expand our work to the full scope previously discussed.
FAQs
How do you track your time?
As I work through assigned tasks and projects, I keep track of the time it takes me to work on each task using a time-tracking app, Toggl.
How do I keep tabs on progress?
We use the task management software of your choice if you currently have one. Otherwise, I will create a space for you in my preferred task management app, Todist, and add you to it.
How do you report your time?
You will stay in-the-know about how much time your tasks and projects take through a weekly email summary and a detailed report in Toggl.
Weekly Email Summary
Each Monday, you receive a summary of:
What was accomplished the previous week
How many hours it took to accomplish each group of tasks (ex: scheduling, PR, meetings, social media, etc.)
And the number of retainer hours available after that week’s usage.
Detailed Report in Toggl
You will also recieve a link to your weekly report in Toggl. It goes into detail on the time it took to complete each task.
Task times are tracked to the second (hh:mm:ss). The final, aggregate time for all tasks in a week is rounded to the nearest quarter hour (15 minutes) to allow for easier timekeeping, reporting, and retainer maintenance.

How do I delegate tasks to you?
You can send me new tasks via email, we can discuss them during a meeting, or you can add them into our shared task manager.
If you opt for the latter, you will assign the task to me within the task management software we use, so I recieve a notification about the new task.
Do I have to commit to a long-term partnership?
You do not have to make a long-term commitment to work with me. We can work together on short-term projects if that is what you need. Please note, though, I give preference to long-term clients and may not always be available to take on short-term partnerships.
If you are looking for a long-term assistant, I offer a 30-day trial to make sure we work well together. Only after the trial, should we continue working together, you will need to give a 30-day notice to end our collaboration.
What time zone are you in?
I operate out of Texas, so I am in the U.S. Central Time Zone.
For clients outside of North American time zones, I make exceptions to my normal operating hours, within reason. Meaning, I don’t typically offer 8:30 AM meetings, but I will if it keeps you from working at unreasonable hours.
What are your office or work hours?
As a full-time virtual assistant, my official office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Central Time. You will recieve emails from me during this time period.
Because I have ADHD, and my motivation strikes at non-normal times, I often complete work outside my official office hours. When I do this, I schedule emails and work to be sent during my office hours. If you do happen to recieve a Saturday night email from me, though, you are not in any way obligated to respond to it until you are officially "in the office.”
